12 Secrets to unleash the power of your creative thought-- part 1
Spring is here. It's time to clean out the cobwebs in your brain. Open your mind to all ideas you ignore, argue with or push to the backburner for later. Well, later is here. Women have the capacity to take the unknown and give it a form that speaks in a different voice to each listener. Women own the power (and passion) of creative thought to paint, write, compose, think and perform.
What is creative thought in relation to the female brain? How do women influence their creative thought? Where should you start to find the power of your creative thought? Answers to these questions serve the influential intuitive woman. There are three stages to actualizing your creative process: Finding Your Creativity, Conquering Creativity Challenges and Living Creative Results. Within each area you will find the 4 secrets dispelling the mystery of creativity and finding your creativity:

We're coming down to the wire. How's it feeling to you?
Why do I ask that? Well, whatever you're celebrating, and whatever your religious orientation, Christmas is a celebration, a celebration that for many has a spiritual basis to it. That is, it's supposed to be merry, at the least, and meaningful at the most. What's it for you this year?
There may not be much you can do to put on the brakes now, but note how you're feeling so you can see how it's working for you. This has to be tested against the purpose of this celebration, which is personal to each of us, but surely it isn't to be exhausted, stressed, hateful, resentful, materialistic, imprudent, overwhelmed, obligatory, or "just going through the motions." If you're feeling "the thrill is gone," it's time to get mindful.

Remember to choose your words with care
The average adult typically utters 40,000 words each day, according to a study performed by Professor Robin Dunbar of Liverpool University. A substantial amount, but have you actually considered how valuable words are? What about how powerful they are? Words have the power to heal, lighten, comfort, and encourage, on the flip side they can wither, hurt, anger and discourage. What a gamut!
What about the role that words play in life. Words are a continuation of our thoughts, only verbalized. Do you always think carefully before you speak? Do you speak with good intentions? While it's quite normal to have negative thoughts from time to time, (and we've discussed how to diminish the occurrence of these thoughts) just because we think it, does not mean that it bears repeating.

Are you stuck?
Stuck trying to rework a project or looking for the "perfect" solution? Stuck searching for the latest brainstorm, new business idea, or product stream? Are you stuck waiting for that "light bulb moment" that will pull all of the pieces together in their rightful place?
Well, so are a lot of other people. As a whole, we spend a great deal of time being stuck, waiting to find "perfect," and making ourselves stressed and miserable in the process. Why? Because we think that it's our job to find the solution. When it's not our place, at all, to find the answers, it's simply our job to allow the answers to come to us. Yes, it really is that easy, we just tend to complicate the process because we're conditioned to presume that the search must be difficult.

The phenomenal power of letting go
I will gladly be the first person to get on a soapbox about the importance and value of exquisite self-care. No coaxing needed. I wholeheartedly believe that we can't run on an empty tank without paying a hefty price, nor are we meant to try. Furthermore, I am especially passionate about conveying this message to heart-centered entrepreneurs who are continuously giving tons of energy to growing their dreams.
I see mastering self-care as an essential piece of our foundation for success.
And to be honest, I have always thought of myself as being fairly solid at practicing what I preach in this arena. That being said, I was treated to quite the wake-up call last week! I had a truly eye opening experience that challenged me to own the fact that I had not been giving enough respect to a key ingredient of supreme self-care mastering; hence, the inspiration for this article!
