Delivering an excellent presentation
If there is one thing that cannot happen in public speaking, it is the possibility of delivering a perfect presentation.
What would make your words or your manner of speaking perfect? Can you answer that honestly? Your presentation may be great; it may be excellent; it may be the best you have ever done; but, that doesn't make it perfect. Perfection is subjective in this particular venue. In fact, any live performance, be it music, theatre, or even in the sports arena cannot be judged by that one particular word - perfection.
You can type something perfectly; you can build a box perfectly square; and, you can copy a paper perfectly. But trying to accomplish perfection at a business lectern is a waste of time. Instead of trying to achieve something that is impossible, might I suggest you strive for excellence?

A new trend report reveals ways fashion brands can connect more effectively with their affluent fashion customers
No longer is high quality and good value for the price what it takes to be a top fashion brand, according to a new survey among 1,245 affluent fashion customers. Today the most important measure of excellence in a fashion brand is that it be a good investment.
"This gives the phrase 'investment dressing' a whole new meaning," says Pam Danziger, president of Unity Marketing and lead researcher in the new fashion brand study. "The concept of investment implies that the purchaser gets a return on what they spend. Luxury consumers expect their fashion brands to deliver a return on their investment in the form of timelessness, sophistication, and distinction, according to the survey results."
