10 Ways Women Connect for Success

Soul isn't a figment of your imagination. It's meant to expand your consciousness and connect you to something greater than yourself.
Women are embracing their souls, claiming the generous, guiding peace of their naturalness.
How does a woman recognize when soul is knocking on her door?
- Answers appear from nowhere
- Unexpected good things happen
- Pain subsides
- Impossible wishes unfold
- Guiding another woman beyond what is easy
- Fears subsides & clarity enters
- You begin to confidently place your requests
- Saying yes & saying no
If you constantly doubt, question or ignore these simple yet powerful messages you will not experience the connection to our soul - a connection that delivers into your life the miracle of you.
If you're like me, you want to know how you can find your soul. And if you're doing it right. There isn't any right or wrong way to connect with your soul. It happens when you make time for it, remain open to listening and develop the habit of inviting your soul to appear.
Angus Finlayson has written about 10 simple ways to connect for success to your higher self, which is what I call soul.
- Breath -- This is both a conscious and subconscious activity. You don't have to think about it. But you can if you want to. In fact, I suggest you start heightening your awareness of your breath. Finlayson says breathing is a bridge between our subconscious and conscious minds. No better place to start.
- Connect to Sounds of Nature -- Go outside. Close eyes. Listen. What do you hear? Acknowledge yourself as a part of nature, too.
- Listen to your favorite music -- Pay attention to your mood. It doesn't always have to be the same genre. Music is food for the soul.
- Laugh -- Laughter dissolves tension, stress, anxiety, anger, and depression. Laughter lowers inhibitions, releasing pent-up emotions.
- Watch the clouds -- (I did this when I was a little girl.) Know that you are as expansive and moving as the clouds.
- Move with Childlike Abandonment -- When was the last time you skipped? Do it again - and no you don't have to have a child with you to do it! Soul delights in our playfulness.
- Ask your soul an empowering question -- What is the best solution for me right now? Who can support me in this situation? How can I have more abundance? Don't forget to listen for the answer.
- Make time for silence -- (I struggle with this one - as you already know!) Silence builds trust, gives rest, and brings balance. I will say it takes practice and time to appreciate the gifts of silence.
- Say yes and I love you -- Say it out loud. What can you say Yes to today? Say I love you in your mind when you come up against obstacles - it's freeing. It's a reminder.
- Daydream -- Allow your imagination to soar. You deserve to dream and experience the wonder and excitement daydreaming brings.
