Par Excellence Magazine.com is always looking for talented, experienced editorial contributors to enhance our online magazine. Our general goal is to have a good mix of substantive articles of interest to executive and businesswomen. If you think you can help us do that, then read on.
Note: that all guest post submissions must be original and not already published elsewhere online. You own the copyright of your article and are free to publish your article elsewhere, but we ask that you acknowledge that it was first published in Par Excellence Magazine, including where possible a hyperlink to the Par Excellence Magazine website.
Par Excellence Magazine.com is a magazine for and about executive, career businesswomen and women business owners. Our mission is to provide a platform for women to express themselves while accessing meaningful, entertaining and exciting content relevant to their careers and their lives. Your online magazine provides content in the areas business, career, health, business golf, politics, community, the luxury market, family, self, success, and much, much more. Our target audience is primarily executive and business women.
We welcome contributions from freelance writers and professionals alike. First:

First you will need to login or register to create a free account on the site then it's free and easy to publish.
Once you are logged in a "SUBMIT AN ARTICLE" link will appear in the menu at the very top of the all pages. A "SUBMIT AN ARTICLE" link will also appear under the "Home" dropdown menu. These links, which are only visible to logged in members, will take you to the article submission form.

You'll write a title, enter your text (it's easy to cut and paste from another document), choose which editorial category you want your article to appear in and upload a photo if required. We'll provide a complimentary proofreading service. Soon after that, we'll send a “You're Published” email and a link to your article.
We are not restrictive on your word limit or style but usually 500 to 2,000 words make for a good article or blog. Writing is an art and we are keen to give you as much freedom to write with your own style and flow. However, you should bear in mind that our target audience is made up of busy career and business women.

- Self: In-depth stories related to identity, tradition and issues that businesswomen face as in their day-today life, also issues relevant to audiences of various cultures/religious backgrounds.
- Style: Feature articles on Par Excellence Magazine.com in the fashion world, including product reviews, style tips and advice, especially ones relative to business women (i.e. what to wear for interviews, top level business meetings etc.).
- Culture and Lifestyle: Book, movie, music and concert reviews. Culture analysis of mainstream artists, restaurants, club and bar reviews.
- Family and Friends: Stories, advice, rants and raves about relationships. We welcome stories about interfaith and interracial relationships, issues and frank discussion about sexuality.
- Business, Career Success: Stories, advice and personal accounts about work, career and financial matters. We are looking for submissions about corporate, non-profit and small business experiences.
- Interviews with Successful Career Women: Interviews with fantastic executive women everywhere.
We reserve the right to make final editorial decisions on all articles submitted. Any work published on Par Excellence Magazine.com becomes the exclusive property of Par Excellence Magazine.com. We would suggest either commenting on the article if possible or if necessary notifying our Editors through our support system. We are very conscious about maintaining our editorial integrity and want ensuring a pleasant experence for all of oour readers.
We ask our editorial contributors to be as accurate as possible and be willing to work with our editors (if necessary) to ensure the correctness of articles submitted for publication. How Can I Find My Editorial Contributions To The Site?
How Do I Submit An Article For Publication?
First you will need to create an account and become a member of the site. Once you are logged in a "SUBMIT AN ARTICLE" link will appear in the menu at the very top of the all pages. A "SUBMIT AN ARTICLE" link will also appear under the "Home" dropdown menu. These links, are only visible to logged in members will take you to the article submission form.
Once you have logged in and clicked one of the "SUBMIT AN ARTICLE" links a WYSIWYG editor will appear. Here is where you can select both the "Category" for your article and either type it in or paste it from Word or your favorite text editor. You will find many of the editing feature that you are familiar with in Word to compose and structure your article however we do have an "editorial style" so our editors may have to slightly change it to fit with our design!
So don't be too concerned if you can't get it to look exactly as you'd like - we will work with you to achieve the desired results. You may also upload photographs to appear in your article or we may provide them to match the theme of your work.
How Long Will My Article Remain On The Site? Will It Ever Be Deleted?
How Will I Know When My Article Is Finally Published?
I Received A Rejection Email For My Article. What Was The Reason?
At Par Excellence Magazine we rules and guidelines that govern the type of articles that we will publish. Articles that contain inappropriate types of profanity and inflammatory content, for example content which is insensitive to religions or races will not be published.
Articles that are overtly sexual is nature even though sex is an important topic for many of our Members, which are exploitive will be rejected as well. In the unlikely event that your article is rejected, you'll receive an email from the Par Excellence Magazine editorial team however we will re-consider a rejected article which is re-submitted. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
